Instructions
Take curd in a mixing bowl and beat or blend it to achieve thick consistency
Wash and finely chop Onions, chili and coriander and grate carrot
Add salt, onions, carrot, chili, coriander to curd and mix well.
Serve with biryani or pulao
Notes
Add grated carrots for unique taste while serving with vegetable biryani or pulao.
