GARLIC MAYO PERI PERI PASTA
This pasta recipe is a quick fix when you are in a rush. I have used penne type pasta.

Pasta
Penne

Mayonnaise

Peri Peri Sauce

cloves
Garlic
1/4

Salt

Pepper

Oil
Instructions
Bring 2 cups of water to boil and add 1 cup pasta, salt and little oil.
Boil for 8-10 mins, strain and set aside.
In a pan, add minced garlic and fry for a minute
Add pasta, peri peri, pepper and let it cook for a minute.
Add mayonnaise and olives, mix well and switch off the flame.
Notes
Add oil to boiling water so that pasta doesn't stick while cooking.
After turning off the flame don't leave pasta in boiled water. Immediately strain it.
I used Penne pasta in this recipe, you can use any type of pasta
