This is one of the healthiest versions of Fish fry recipe with minimal ingredients. I used Rohu Fish in this recipe as it is easily available and highly nutritious.
Firstly, fish needs to be cleaned thoroughly, at least twice with salt and turmeric.
Add all ingredients under marination to fish and make it into a paste with little water to coat the fish evenly.
Marinate for minimum of 30 minutes in refrigerator if you can't leave it overnight.
Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated fish and cookon one side for 7-8 minutes.
Gently flip and fry for 7-8 minutes till its done.
Serve with onions and lemon as a starter or with rice.

You can use fish fillets for this recipe.
