Instructions
Peel raw banana and chop it into small cubes.
Place the chopped banana pieces in water so that they don’t change color.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, let them splutter and then add split red chili, dals, curry leaves.
Add chopped raw banana pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add salt, turmeric, chili powder and cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with fried curry leaves and serve with steamed rice or dal rice.
Notes
After chopping the raw banana, immediately place them in a bowl of salt water.
